"Open Youth" is a partner in the project “Road safety in South East European regions” (ROSEE), supported by the European Union South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme. A series of one-day “Speed management” courses for enhancing institutional capacity and upgrade the professional skills of professionals working for road safety is envisaged within the project.

The course is free of charge and participants are provided lunch and coffee breaks. Travel costs will not be covered. Participants are registered in the order of submitting their applications until the planned capacity is reached. Lecturers on the course will be Mr. Borislav Vankov, Deputy Chairman of "Open Youth", and Mrs. Maria Boteva, Senior inspector from the "Traffic Police" department, Chief Directorate "National Police" of the Ministry of Interior.
