The final results of the "European Union and Citizenship" cartoon competition were revealed today (April the 3rd, 2009)
1st place: Sibilla Koritareva (reg. n. 4104) The winning cartoons will soon be published on http://www.eurocartoon.eu/index_bg.htm Prizes were given to all three winners by Prof. Ingrid Shikova from the EU representation and Mr. Daniel Vankov from "Open Youth". Sibila will travel to Brussels for the European prize giving on the Day of Europe (May the 9th). We cross our fingers for her cartoon to receive a check there.
