we will start a series of actions in the most active graduation period of the year – between 20 and 30 of May, when there is an increased probability of road accidents. The actions will be in the frame of the "10 D by night" project which is supported by the Executive Agency of Health and Consumers of the European Commission.

"10 D by night" comes from the first letters of ten words (Dark, Dance, Disco, Dose, Drugs, Drive, Danger, Damage, Disability and Death) that show a possible scenario of a tragic party evening. Its strategic aim is to define a European approach in order to contribute to the reduction of the number and seriousness of road accidents, in particular the ones in which young people are involved, that occur during weekends and can be correlated with the consumption of alcohol and drugs. In that relation we will perform a research on the influence of alcohol and drugs on the driving abilities of Bulgarian citizens. The research has to include between 1000 and 1200 people. In it each participant will complete a questionnaire, 2 alco-tests, 1 drug test and 2 reaction tests on a driving simulator.

Ruse – 21 of May in front of Happy Ruse on the central square;

Veliko Turnovo – 23 of May in front of Organza club;

Gabrovo– 25 of May in front of Alegro club;

Sliven– 27 of May on the "Hadji Dimitar" square;

Burgas– 29 of May in front of Aliosha monument.
