| How to participate in the comics' online competition |

There are three simple steps to include your comics from the "European
Union and Citizenship" competition in the online vote. The
prize for the highest rated one is still 500 EUR.
1. Create your profile on http://people.youthforeurope.eu 2. Scan your comics.
3. Upload you comics in the galery.
In order to avoid as much as possible fraud, a cartoon will be
considered eligible for winning the online competition if it has been
on the site for more than seven days and has more than 25 votes at the
moment when the results are counted (8th of May 2009). Please, note that the system
accepts only one vote per cartoon from an IP and a profile, but you are
free to promote your work. I.e. being passive participant is at
disadvantage. |
