On 14th of February 2011 in the Symphony hall of Vidin Open Youth and the Municipality of Vidin carried out the thirteenth edition of the already traditional concert "St. Valentine's song".

Many young people participated with their own songs in the competition as individual performers, in duo or in a group. The jury put on first place the performance of Lora and Angel – students from the local secondary language school.
